I am about to bake meat, what dish should I bake them in?

well bake them in what ever dishb i easier for u to clean up. u should brown ur meat before baking. brown em in a frying pan or a skillet. after u brown them then bake em. i myself like to put the sauce in while im baking the meat adds flavor to the sauce. if u dont brown them before u cook them in the sauce they may fall apart. so if u dont brown em dont cook em in the sauce. i sure luv meat i coming over for dinner ;)
