If i left milk out on my front doorsteps, would it attract cats?

If you have cats in the neighbor hood it will and as long as you keep leaving milk out there they will come. mainly outside cats. I have left dog food ou for the neighborhood cats and they loved it...I was leaving tuna fish until my husband discovered that one of his favorite sandwich stuff was disappearing.
