I'm painting my bedroom wall coffee bean brown and it's getting big air bubbles in the paint! WHYYYYY!?!?!?!?!?

What am I doing wrong that this is happening?? I have painted walls before and I am using criss cross strokes...why is this happening? I don't have cheap paint either it's Valspar. Any insight??
