What percentage of voters do you think are intellectual?

In my view anyone who votes entirely with a party for party's sake is ridiculous. However, opinions themselves cannot be called a matter of intellect. There are people of high intellect that make stupid decisions in their lives and when the vote and vice vera. Prop 8 is a mainly religious matter for those who oppose it and this is far more complicated than superficiality.
