College essay advice?

I would write about Eleanor Roosevelt. This is a person that hopefully a college admissions officer will recognize, it would be a gamble to write about sookie. You never know whether or not the AO has heard of gilmore girls. You won't need to explain who eleanor roosevelt is, that way you can write a more interesting essay without boring them with explaining who this character is.
