Stalker or just a coincidence?

ok i need ur advice..a long time ago i went grocercy shopping with my mom..nd i found this picture of man taking a photo..it wz like on a postcard..on the street..itz been 5 yrs now..nd i ocionaly see the same small picture of this odd man with his camera [it seems to me as if he is a photographer]...as if he iz taking a picture or something..itz rlly weird..wenever i hang out with my friends i see it..or if i just go somewhere..my friends think im crazy and overreacting..but i mean iz it just me..or is something wrong..is it just a coincidence that i see this man's picture wherever i go...
