Who is more right, my supervisor or me?

We work in a medical facility. I disagreed with my supervisor when he said that doctors have a right to treat everyone else as "beneath" them because they were trained to do that in medical school, to take charge and delegate authority. I, on the other hand have seen doctors who are just the contrary! We have a couple of doctors in our building who are the picture of humanity and caring for the individual as a person. These men treat their coworkers with great restpect and friendliness, from the other doctors, to the nurses, right down to the janitors. They are all treated very well. There is only one doctor I can think of who thinks he is above everyone else and even the other doctors think he is a nut.
