I want to use my ipod in the car with changing the radio. I do not want that fm transmitter thing...?

I have one already, it sucks. I don't have a tape deck, just cd changer. I don't mind the idea of having something installed in the car to play the ipod, but do they make something for that. I don't want to change the radio.
