How would we make our 1/48 Architectural Scale model of a House look more realistic?

I have to make a scale model of a house for construction at 1/48 scale. We bought sum stucco/paint from michaels and sum spray adhesive to hold down our driveway and gr. We also cut out the holes in the walls, but we are not sure how to make the windows so that they look realistic. We also need to construct the front door, side door to the garage, and a garage door. We already bought the concrete and roofing needed and we built the walls out of foam board and will be spraying them with the texture in a couple of days. However we still have to make a pool and a pond and need ideas on what types of materials to use for these different things. Thankyou for any help!!
