Blackmold on the drywal in my bsmnt wastorn out the stud still hav mold can it be cleand or sh we replace it?

help!! i didnt wear a mask or gloves in tearing out the black mold covered drywall will i be sick?!? gutting the place is rather extensive and costly, if theres a cleaner that will eradicate the mold on the wood studs behind where the drywall was instead of tearing everything out id love to know what it is. should i have an inspector come out? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx!!
