Can a Myopic eye power of -25D be corrected by operation?

i am 21 yrs. of age,and my eye power has grown to be -25 D now.it has however more or less stabilised now.can my vision be fully corrected by LASIK or any other operation?if no,can it be partially corrected?if that's the case,approximately how much power would i be left with after it?
