My history teacher said some things about them reinstating the draft... details and questions inside?

She said she thinks we're going back to Korea and she thinks they're reinstating the draft. What are some things I'd be able to do to get out of it? I'll be 18 next year and I don't want to die. Can I say I'm gay or get a note from a therapist saying I'm not mentally fit? Didn't those things work last time? Would they work again? Are there any other things that would work? I'm worried. Any information would be helpful. Thanks a lot.
