Whats a good company for a cell phone ,4 my 14 yr daughter chgo,ill?

my girl just graduated from 8th grade & you no how high school can b,lol so i want to turn on a camara phone i had b-4 for her but i dont wanther to waist the min & get a big bill .whats a good company or something that wont use up all the min when people call and haves atleast 10000min cause she can talk alot,lol
