Will we have a cool summer this year?

I live in the Detroit area, and was wondering if summer will be cool this year. Over the next 2 weeks, it looks like nothing but winter weather. What does the Farmer's Almanac say about summer in the Great Lakes this year? They were dead-on about the cold, snowy, brutal winter they predicted (which is not over yet, despite the calendar saying it's spring).
