A question about a car cd player?

I recently got a car that has a 8 disc cd changer in the trunck. Problem is, the tray isnt there. Its a couple years old and its a Jensen. I've made phone calls and checked the website. Where can I find a tray? Does it have to be one for that particular model or can it be any tray?
